Weekly price per apartment - 2012

TURIST TAX:
THE DAILY CHARGE IS OF € 1.50 PER DAY PER PERSON (abore 14 years old) FOR ALL GUESTS

DISCOUNT AND OFFERS:

EARLY BOOKING: - 10% for bookings done by 31/03/2012 (not combinable with any other offer)
- PERIOD A:   7=6      14=11
- WEEK 25/08 – 01/09:  7=6 always valid
- 5% DISCOUNT for booking of minimum 2 weeks (always valid, period “A” excluded)

TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL:
EXTRA CHARGE FOR SERVICES (weekly): electricity/water/gas consumption, use of swimming pool (19/05 – 30/09) and multi-purpose sports pitch, small fitness room, sport tournaments and Mini Club for children, private unguarded car park (1 covered parking space per apartment), bed linen and bath towels with weekly change, final cleaning of the apartment.
The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 20,00 to be paid upon check-out.
RATES:
- PERIODS A/B: € 2,50 per person/day from 4 years of age
- PERIODS C/D/E/F/G: €4,00 per person/day from 4 years of age
HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING (daily rates):
- MONO2: € 6,00 per day
- BILO 3/4: € 7,00 per day
- BILO 4: € 8,00 per day
- BILO 5/6: € 9,00 per day
- TRILO 6: € 11,00 per day
CHECK-IN: 17:00 – 20:00 (please advise Reception in case of late arrivals)
CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 a.m.
- DEPOSIT (compulsory, cash only):
- € 150,00 (Mono 2, Bilo 3/4, Bilo 4)
- € 200,00 (Bilo 6, Trilo 6).
Deposits will be returned upon departure after apartments have been checked by our staff.

- COT (on request according to availability): € 25,00 per week

PETS: allowed if kept outside the apartment only. A limited number of apartments of the residence (type “TRAMONTANA”) are reserved for guests with pets. € 60,00 per week.
ENTERTAINMENT: 09/06 – 08/09 (Mini Club, sport tournaments, Baby Dance in the evening)
POOL: 19/05 – 30/09, bathing caps are compulsory (with sunbeds and shaded area - LIMITED NUMBER OF BEACH UMBRELLAS AVAILABLE)
BIKE RENTAL: available within the residence with extra charge
Swimming caps are compulsory.
BIKE RENTAL: available at the residence, with extra charge.
